DRYING TUNNEL

A drying tunnel is a table with conveyor belt for the passage of material through it, with speed regulation and prepared to withstand heat, with a covered area equipped with heating elements: gas burners or IR lamp (depending on the technology used), capable of providing temperatures of 250ºC with the possibility of regulating and measuring the temperature and with an extraction system for accumulated gases and vapors. The textile enters through the entrance mouth passes through the heat zone and ends up cured by the outlet mouth until it falls into a box where the finished product accumulates.
